What a gift it was to guide this sweet couple through a yoga practice in the beauty of creation 💚.

Our focus breath prayer for this practice was:

🤍Inhale: May I taste the fullest of joy

🤍Exhale: Found in Your presence

Coming from Psalm 16:11 "You make known to me the path of life; in your presence there is fullness of joy; at your right hand are pleasures forevermore."

One of my favorite parts about offering yoga classes is adding special touches to make the experience extra rewarding for those who come.

Witnessing women and mama’s in a place of rest, even if for only a few moments is a beautiful sight to behold. I am forever grateful that I get to be part of the care and health of others through yoga experiences.
