It’s definitely bathroom season for our firm! Project Zen Haven received a major guest bathroom upgrade in the best way! We ripped everything out and started fresh. I don’t know if their guest are going to want to leave after a nice weekend away, lol! I wouldn’t! This bathroom screams retreat.

THE LIVING ROOM WALK THROUGH PART I.
This living room turned out even better than we initially imagined after deciding to add a little more personality and color to the room with the clients permission. Let’s walk through and get into all the details!

We love before and afters.
The transformation of this livingroom is truly remarkable. We knew we wanted to create a very intentional space meant for lounging and enjoying guest, however we still wanted it to feel elevated and comfortable. There were quite a few task completed before we even started the initial install. Our clients mentioned how dark the livingroom felt throughout the day but especially at night. We immediately added recess lighting, sconces to the fireplace and this incredible light fixture/fan to fix that issue. The custom beam work came next which is one of our favorite added features as well as the custom mantle. It brings the room together and creates a cozy environment.
All the details in between followed from there: wallpaper around the fireplace, painted the cabinetry this moody green and added oversize hardware to accent it, and of course color drenching the room for additional warmth. This room truly encompasses all the elements of a perfect boutique hotel lobby while still feeling relaxing. It’s probably one of our favorite color pallets. Forest greens, deep purples, with a mix of neutrals. Comfortable seating throughout is always a must in any space and boy did we cover that! The sofas, the sofas, the sofas! We took these custom pieces to another level and they’re for sure the stand out pieces in the room with comfort to match.
I think we did a thing here…. If I do say myself. 👌🏾
