Iām so proud of these ladies who conquered their fear of doing a box jump (or a higher box jump for ).š They kept listing reasons why they couldnāt in their mind but like I told themā¦ the ācanātā mindset just keeps you stuck.
When they decided to break the pattern of fear in their mind, they surprised themselves and realized they were capable of more than they gave themselves credit for. šŖš¼
