This used to be my go to drink. What is yours?
I now know how much my body needs water to be healthy and have come to a place where I like it and done crave Diet Pepsi ever.
Have you struggled to transition over to more water? I am a part of a one week water challenge starting next week that will be packed with tips, education and accountability to help us all drink more water.

Did you move your body today?
I have friends who have been joking about the day they would see me walking down the main road pulling
my wagon behind me!
Well today’s trek came close to that. I decided to walk to Create In Us for my afternoon of work and packed my rolling bag full of all my afternoon necessities and off to town I went along with my walking buddy, Lee Ann Broach.
9 months ago I would have never thought about doing this, but now daily movement is on my list every day not because I have to it because I want to!

I am so thankful for this red drink!
Before I started drinking Ningxia Red I was catching all the germs that flew around me it seemed. I was also getting endoscopies every 3 months back then.
Now need nearly get sick and endoscopies are every 18-24 months these days.
Was it just this drink? Probably not. But is this drink a huge part of the changes in my health? To me it is.
But along with it came education from an incredible wellness community. And as I learn, I choose to make changes. These changes include what I eat, what I put on my body, what I drink, how I handle stress and the list goes on and on.
I am not perfect at it by any means but I think differently with each decision.
But this drink right here is a major foundation in my wellness and one that I don’t miss for one day.
