Did you know? Uterine cancer will soon be the third most common cancer type among women, yet it remains one of the least funded cancer types.
Mary Kay Ash Foundation is proud to support cancer research grant recipient Dr. Diego H. Castrillon, Professor of Pathology at UT Southwestern Medical Center, who isn’t deterred by this fact; he continues to investigate how uterine cancers form in the first place, which will ultimately help improve diagnosis and development of new treatments.
