The general definition of strength training is any physical movement in which you use your body weight or equipment (e.g., dumbbells and resistance bands) to build muscle mass, strength, and endurance.

Having someone assist in correct form and posture is 🔑
If someone ever told you "no pain no gain"… they're wrong 😏
You should never push through pain during exercise. There is a difference between an exercise being difficult or challenging or requiring you to push though mentally...and pushing though literal pain.
That's your body's cue to🛑 .
All movements can be adjusted or modified.
