Freedom isn’t something we celebrate once a year — it’s Someone we surrender to every day.

As grateful as I am for the freedoms we enjoy in this country, there’s a greater freedom that no government can give and no circumstance can take away.

“Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.” —2 Corinthians 3:17

Freedom from shame.
Freedom from fear.
Freedom from sin.
Freedom from trying to earn God’s love.

Jesus didn’t just set us free for eternity—He sets us free to live differently today.

This Independence Day, I’m celebrating the blessings of this nation, but even more, I’m celebrating the Savior who offers a freedom that lasts forever.

No filters. No performance. Just the truth that Jesus still sets people free.

Freedom isn’t free

I think a lot of us have learned how to look like we have faith… without actually being honest about what we’re carrying.

We love God.
We pray.
We try to trust Him.

But we’re still overthinking.
Still anxious.
Still holding on to things we don’t know how to release.

Maybe that doesn’t mean your faith is weak…

Maybe it just means your faith is real.

Unfiltered Faith was born out of that place—the space between trusting God and still struggling to let go.

Not perfect faith.
Just honest faith.
