The big reveal: Dish 1- Chicken Marsala with/garlic smash cauliflower. Dish 2- Grassfed Ground Beef infused with red,yellow,orange peppers; red cabbage; onions and tomatoes. Yummy.

Results from my Bennu Garden Market pickens this past Saturday. Come on out to support at 500 S. Turner Ave. Charlotte, NC 8:30am to 3pm. Support and .table and others. I have Moringa Leaves, onions, cucumbers, mini watermelon potatoes. Dishes: lentils w/moringa leaves; mash potatoes;stuff squash flowers; zucchini/squash fritters and watermelon for dessert. As a Health Coach, I can help you pick, incorporate, and cook these awesome ingredients and as a Massage Therapist I share techniques to reduce stress and provide an therapeutic treatment. .table
Organic farmer's market like Bennu Garden Market off 500 S. Turner Ave., Charlotte, NC on Sat. 8am-3pm where I personally picked the onion's and beets. The onions, beets, squash, black garlic and black garlic jelly came from Bernard of Cejs Organic Farm and the swiss chard, zucchini and carrots came from Jubilee Farm.Table.
