Fruition Health Massage Therapy

This is my office within Affinity Salon, located at 304 W Warren St, Shelby, NC 28150, where I am providing massage Monday - Friday, 11AM - 7PM. It is complete with a table warmer, an overhead fan, and an add on of hot or cool towels. My favorite sessions are providing my clients relief from chronic muscle pain using Neuromuscular or Trigger Point Therapy.

It has been quite the journey so far. 🌀I deeply appreciate everyone (clients, friends, and family) that have supported me through the start of my massage therapy career and I’m excited to continue pushing myself to be at my best spiritually, mentally, and physically so I can perform at the level I desire. This week, I’ve been doing continuing education and cannot wait to integrate what I’ve learned into my growing practice.

It’s an absolute blessing to have clients on my table again. Performing massage therapy has become apart of my life and I enjoy this career more than I ever knew I could!

Change is almost always difficult and it’s up to us, as individuals, to make it a positive one. So take a deep breath and just try to embrace it

Take a moment out of your day to focus on yourself! Let your shoulders drop, unclench your jaw, take a deep breath in and slowly exhale. Know that you’re in the right place at the right time and be present in that moment. 🙏

Happy New Years to each one of you! I hope your 2020 has started off well. 🎊 Even with a muddy water, reflections are still a beautiful image. This year I’m making an effort to be more reflective for several reasons. Looking back we can see details that we might not notice in the moment. Reflection can also give us clarity on what we need or want. #2020
