Is sea moss enough?

When asked this question, it has so many answers.

In short, sea moss should be an addition to your diet and lifestyle habits. It can be treated as a supplement. Your main source of vitamins and minerals are often found in the food you decide to eat.

For instance, I have great results from seamoss with my iron, magnesium, calcium from just seamoss alone. Now imagine adding in a diet rich with sweet potatoes, broccoli, spinach, and red meat. I now increase the potential for my body to absorb those amazing nutrients.

The weather here in North Carolina has been so flip-flop I had to pull out the wellness shots! Made with fresh squeezed orange juice and ginger, it packs a punch.

I took 1/3 of a 2 ounce shot because my throat started to itch for all of 30 minutes and that was enough for me. Follow it up with a shot of elderberry tonic and I'm good to go.

I couldn't be sick on my birthday, that's a no go.

Can you spot the difference? 👀👀👀👀 One is fake and the other is real sea moss.

One is raw, sundried seamoss from St.Lucia and the other is pool-harvested and no real known origin.

The fake one was purchased at a grocery store and cost less. The attractive cost of the fake one should be a red flag in addition to be filled with salt, smells of chlorine, and slightly damp.
