I have been facilitating these 90 minute meditations via Zoom for years and they are truly an untapped resource for people who want the benefit of someone who can raise and hold the energies on behalf of the group without having to leave home. Each playlist is curated by me, based on the incoming energy frequencies just prior to the moon.

We made soap during my meditation intensive this past weekend. Given the time constraints, I had to cut them a little early, but they sure smell heavenly. Both are organic coconut soaps. The front was made with Earl Grey tea and scented with bergamot and lavender. And the KUMARA sacred scent, Shuniya, is the lovely orange and yellow one in the back. It's always so fun to make soap and my students got a real-time lesson in how quickly soap thickens up when adding certain micas and essential oils. Pour faster, ladies! 😂
