Guess what? In April 2022, I decided to make a change. What happened? Daniel asked me to marry him in March 2022 and I wanted to be healthier and look better in wedding photos. So far, I’m losing weight and it feels so good! So is Daniel! My confidence is coming back, I fit better in my clothes ( it’s about time for new clothes), I’ve lost a ring size.. my body feels comfortable and I’m happy.

I’m not at my goal weight yet but I will get there. September is coming up fast and I’ve already lost 26 pounds!! My goal weight is 150. I have 25 more pounds to go.

Fat girl at heart here! Y’all, I love to snack, eat pasta, bread, sugar, chocolate, whiskey, tend to overeat from time to time..etc. I get into food moods. Anyone else?

I was over 200 pounds in April 2022. Daniel and I got engaged in March and felt I’d like for us to look good in our wedding pictures in September 2022. So, I started changing the way and what I ate. I started a program to help with less prep. I also have been supplementing other things.

Little did I know, my body and gut would start to heal, and fast! I felt healthier, had more energy, less fatigue, better mood. I slept better. I have been able to lose 24 pounds since I started in April. Daniel came off meds he’s been on for at least a year.

I still have cheat days. It slows down my weight loss and makes me feel crappy at times..which I should learn from…🙄 but I’m happy with what I’ve accomplished so far! Without going to the gym.
