Raquelle and Illiana have been doing wonderful jobs of ensuring that everyone gets the appointments they want leading up to my leave. So, give them a call at the salon or book out at your upcoming appointment!

While I am gone, our salon can still handle your appointments. Your color formulas are all ready and waiting for you with the other amazing stylists at Illuminate. I trust them fully! You’re in good hands and I’ll be back before you know it!

Hi friends! We are planning and prepping for our reopening-hopefully in a few weeks if still on target for Phase 2. We will be shooting out updates and tips along the way in order to see each other again soon, and safely.

Today’s tip: MASKS

We will be wearing them for your visit and so will you. When planning for your visit, the best mask to wear is the disposable, surgical mask. It fits over the ear and is the least awkward around which to cut and color. When it gets stained from that color (which it will), you can simply toss it. All guests must wear masks for the entire visit. Our hope is that this is a temporary need, but we will follow the guidelines mandated buy our state board as long as they are in effect.

We are still waiting for a date, so until that time we are holding off on scheduling services. Thanks for your patience during this trying time for everyone. We are all in this together and can’t wait to see you. It feels like forever for us too!

ILLUMINATE IS EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE PRODUCT SALES VIA CURBSIDE PICKUP ON MAY 8

We have not been given the go ahead for cuts and color just yet, but we can now supply you with the products to help you out along the way! Starting this Friday, your favorite Charlotte salon will be providing curbside haircare takeout, bringing your products right to your car.

How it works:

• EMAIL product needs to [email protected] (Please include name of product and size)

• We will contact you via phone by the next scheduled day (see schedule below) to confirm your order, collect payment, and schedule your pick-up date/time. (To reduce contact, all credit card payments will be taken over the phone prior to arrival. No cash or checks.)

• Upon arrival on your scheduled day and time of pick-up, simply call the front desk and we will deliver to your car.

• If we are unable to answer momentarily because we are on the other line, leave a message and we will return your call promptly.

• Scheduled pick-up hours are: Tuesday - Friday 5:00pm-7:50pm | Saturday 10:00am-1:50pm
