I am progressing, which is great, but I need to learn how to take a breath so I can go farther.
Focus on the goal and not so much how you will get there. Life happens (taking care of kids, sick kids etc...) just focus on what little you can do.

Just watched this great video on shopping for healthier options. It's a longer video, but I want you to focus on a couple of things:
1) He always flips the product backwards and looks for real ingredients. He is not worried about calories. Look for a short list of real ingredients and you won't be sorry.
2) He is talking more about Keto, but you don't need to focus on that yourself.
I posted on my fitness Instgram last night about making a lifestyle change. You don't have to go to Aldi, but wherever you shop, make a habit of looking for real food options.

I have been doing this for a couple of weeks now and I am a fan. I am still learning (and failing) a lot that is always part of the process.
Check out this important short presentation on this.
Do your research and see if this is right for you, but we need to focus more on what we are eating rather than the workouts if we want to see real tangible results.
