If you’re a coach or a trainer, you’ve probably said it at some point…
“ I’d love to host my own retreat”
But you don’t wanna be bothered with everything that comes along with it.
Because it’s not just:
Finding a location
Coordinating rooms
Pricing it out
Planning the schedule
Is everything behind the scenes that turns it into a full-time job.
And most coaches don’t realize that until they’re knee-deep into it.
You coach.
I handle everything else.
If a retreat is something you’ve been thinking about, let’s talk.

Most people don’t need another course.
They need structure.
They need systems.
They need someone who knows how to actually build this.
Because at a certain point…
more information just becomes noise.
And the difference between a good retreat
and one that actually runs smoothly?
Experience.
If you’re serious about running retreats,
you shouldn’t be figuring it out alone.
That’s where we come in.

There are a lot of trainers online.
And honestly, not all of them are the right fit for everyone.
The biggest thing is finding someone who actually aligns with you — your goals, your energy, and how you like to train.
That’s why I’m starting to highlight a few that I personally know and trust.
If you’re local to Huntsville, AL— this is someone you should absolutely look at.

I get it. I used to be the same way.
I’d start a fat loss plan strong, feel motivated, hit my workouts… then life would hit and everything would fall apart. Not because I didn’t care, but because I didn’t have real structure around my nutrition and daily movement.
Once I got honest about that, things clicked.
Do I still get thrown curveballs? Of course I do. My schedule shifts. Work gets busy. Life happens.
But now I adjust and stay consistent instead of starting over.
That’s the difference.
You don’t need another workout plan or diet. You need a structure you can actually follow consistently.
That’s where most people struggle.
Not effort. Ex*****on.
This is exactly what I help my clients do through online fitness coaching and Diet Rebellion.
We build structure around your food, your steps, and your lifestyle so you can see real fat loss results without cutting everything out.
If you’re tired of starting over and want a plan that actually works in real life,
message me and I’ll help you figure out your next step.

Repost Today I’m sharing something personal.
After a very long year of pushing, evaluating, and trying everything I knew how to try, I’ve made the difficult but peaceful decision to begin winding down Tiramisu Paperie.
This wasn’t an easy choice. There were tears, second-guessing, and plenty of woulda / coulda / shoulda moments. At some point, though, a calm clarity settled in, you know the kind that comes when you finally admit a truth you’ve been carrying for a while.
Tiramisu Paperie was inspired by my mother, and letting go of this chapter came with guilt and grief. But I truly believe she would be proud — proud that I chose honesty, peace, and resolve instead of forcing something that no longer fit.
I am incredibly proud of what this brand became. I did something many people are too scared to do: I started a business, grew it, sustained it, and learned from it. I don’t regret a single step. The growth surprised me. The people changed me.
To everyone who supported this brand — stocked it, shared it, gifted it, loved it — thank you. You made it matter.
To my retail partners: please keep an eye on your inbox for important ordering details and next steps.
As I close this chapter, all remaining pieces are now 40% off until inventory is gone. Once they’re gone, they won’t be restocked. This is simply a way to let these final pieces find good homes.
This chapter is ending, but I’m walking away proud, grateful, and at peace.
Thank you for being part of this journey.

Some brands are still selling even in this weird economy. Others are quietly stalling out.
If you’re in the second group, it’s probably not what you think.
It’s not your talent.
It’s not your creativity.
And it’s definitely not your price.
It’s clarity.
If buyers are skimming your catalog…
If your line doesn’t quite tell a story…
If you’re getting views but not orders…
That’s not a product problem. That’s a clarity problem.
And clarity is fixable.
I’ve spent decades designing brands that had to work not just look pretty. Brands where if it didn’t connect, it didn’t sell. I’ve stood on the retail floor long enough to know what actually gets picked up… and what gets put right back down.
I built Tiramisu Paperie using those same principles. And now I help makers do the same thing which is take a good line and make it buyable.
Not by changing your products.
By sharpening your story.
Your pairings.
Your pitch.
The stuff buyers need to say yes without second-guessing.
I’m opening up a few consulting spots in February for makers who want their line to finally make sense to buyers.
If that’s you DM me. Let’s talk about what’s not working and how to fix it.
No pitch. Just clarity.

This card wall? I’ve stood on both sides of it. Literally!
As a shop owner, I knew the reality of ordering: too many SKUs, not enough time, a million sticky notes and that one reorder you meant to place that slips through the cracks. GRRR!!!
That experience is exactly what made me a better wholesale partner.
I don’t design products just to look good, I design them to sell, to be easy to reorder and to make sense for real stores run by real people.
That’s why this season looks different:
• Fewer SKUs
• Stronger sellers
• Thoughtful collections that don’t overwhelm
If you’re juggling a lot (and you are), I see you.
✨ Faire Winter Market is 1/20 but I am always here for you! Reorder what already works. Add one or two new designs. Keep it simple.
DM me if you want help curating a new card wall. Shop via Faire or order direct.
Wholesale doesn’t have to feel chaotic. It should feel supportive.

Happy 2026, peeps 🥂
Let’s be real, 2025 was a ride.
The kind where Mr. Toad was absolutely driving the bus, ignored the GPS, spilled his coffee, and said, “We’ll figure it out as we go.”
And yet… here we are.
Still standing.
Still dreaming.
Still craving more than just “getting through the day.”
2026 feels different.
It feels like the year we stop shrinking.
The year we stop apologizing for wanting growth, peace, joy, and work that actually lights us up.
This is the year of intentional living.
Of honest conversations.
Of choosing ourselves: personally, creatively, and in business.
So let’s raise a glass to fresh starts, new adventures, healed energy, brave choices, and a future that feels aligned instead of exhausting.
Here’s to 2026...more clarity, more confidence, more laughter, and a whole lot of you’ve got this energy. ✨
Cheers to new beginnings and a much-needed pick-me-up.

is SO much more than stationery!

Your catalog is your handshake, so make it count.
When you can’t be there in person, your catalog is you. It speaks before you do , it is showing buyers your story, your standards, and your style. It helps them make decisions that curate their store and define their brand.
A well-designed catalog doesn’t just list what you sell; it guides and inspires a buyer to say “yes.” It should look intentional, feel cohesive, and flow effortlessly.
With 25+ years as a designer and design educator, I know how layout, rhythm, and hierarchy quietly influence buying decisions.
So here’s a little truth:
👉 Don’t let a non-designer tell you how to design.
I’m opening 20 spots for a Wholesale Catalog Review: a recorded, personalized audit to check spelling, missing info, and design flow so your products shine (and your catalog sells).
💡 Use code CATALOG to save $10.

Because beautiful design deserves clean ex*****on and buyers notice when it’s done right.

never disappoints!

This past year has tested me in every possible way. It’s been rough, humbling, and full of moments that made me pause and question everything. But in that pause, something beautiful happened, a reflection. And from that reflection, the Dolce Collection was born.
This new line is softer and kinder, yet still carries the heart of Tiramisu Paperie which is honest, comforting, and real. Every card whispers, “I see you. You’re not alone.”
When I design stationery and greeting cards, it’s never just about the snark or the sass (though you know I love that!). It’s about connection and creating words that reach someone right when they need it most.
The Dolce Collection feels like a gentle restart for me and for this brand, a reminder that even in the hard seasons, there’s always something sweet waiting to bloom. 🍯
