Being a business owner your going to make mistakes, just make sure you learn from them and going forward you make corrections to avoid future errors. I'm learning the ins and outs of being a business owners. Clients have to respect the time, dedication and money we put into our business. I aim to remain professional at all times. Going foward I will only accept deposits that are non refundable to secure your date. Full payment will be due as early as 15 days prior to your service date. I will not allow you to pay in full if I'm traveling to you. Things happen and you appointment may be rescheduled, especially if your more than an hour away from my service area. Now you as the client, you're looking at me crazy, and I totally understand why because these massages are extremely important and so is your time and money. So to avoid any future problems I have made adjustments !!!
