What comes first: The serum or the moisturizer? Here’s a handy guide to get your daily skincare routine in order. Enjoy!

1️⃣ Take your supplements every day.
2️⃣ Start off with a cleanser, morning and night. This is one of the most important steps: your skin needs to be free of oil, make-up and grime for the other products to work as intended.
Exfoliator: Regular exfoliation helps to speed up your skin’s natural process of removing dead and dull skin cells, and can prevent clogged pores, resulting in fewer breakouts and a youthful skin tone. Use 1–2 times a week. Exfoliation can also improve the effectiveness of the other skincare products by enhancing absorption.
3️⃣ Toner: Today’s toners are filled with gentle, hydrating, skin conditioning and pH balancing ingredients. The toner’s job is to prime your face for the products to come, making sure their ingredients will be better absorbed.
4️⃣ Serum: a shot of extremely concentrated nutrients, hydrators and antioxidants. You may think you can skip out on serums, but they’re honestly the heavy lifters of your skincare routine. A serum goes deeper into your skin, so always apply serum before a moisturizer.
Face mask. Sheet masks are great because they allow the skin to ‘rest’ while it’s saturated in hydrating and anti-ageing ingredients, giving an extra boost to your current skin routine. Used 1–2 times a week, these days the mask can replace the serum part of your routine.
5️⃣ Eye cream: Eye creams are made for the thin skin around your eyes and tend to be lighter and thinner than other moisturizers. The rule of thumb when applying skincare is to apply the lightest first and the heaviest last, so make sure you apply your eye cream before your face creams and oils. Spot treatment: Ideally, apply your spot treatment (whether for zits, scars or dark spots) at night, since that’s when your body is working hardest to repair itself. But regardless of when you apply your treatment, make sure to pat it on before your moisturizer so it can really sink into your skin and do its thing without having another barrier to pe*****te.
6️⃣ Moisturizer: You need to use a moisturizer! Regardless of whether your skin is dry, oily, or prone to rashes. A moisturizer is the only thing that’ll keep your skin barrier healthy. Plus, it not only infuses your skin with hydration but also helps lock in the products underneath, to make their ingredients even more effective.
Face oils: If you have dry or sensitive skin and use a face oil, remember to always apply the oil after your moisturizer. This will seal in all the ingredients – including the moisture you just applied. On their own, oils aren’t really that moisturizing, but when you layer them over other products, they help to make your routine more effective, while leaving your skin soft and smooth.
7️⃣ Sunscreen: The last step in your daily routine is to apply a sunscreen. This is meant to protect your face and act as a coat of armour against the outside world. Make sure to use sunscreen all year long – at least SPF 20 (preferably at least SPF 30 in strong sunlight!).

Yes .. but this is my own eye a few years ago , and each time I had a relapse it lasted aprox 7 to 10 days .
Initially it was 3 months as they couldn’t diagnose it ..as we are talking 40 years ago. And in severe cases can cause blindness ..so v dangerous and infectious .

This is My own testimony..

This infection is caused by a virus .which is called Herpes Simplex ( cold sores )which unfortunately I acquired aged 20 in the Rvh as a student nurse .
I had to miss my final exam because of it and did it 3 months later !!

I hope I am not tempting fate by telling my story bur for anyone who knows me , they will know this has caused a lot of worry and sick leave over the years .

I initially started the aloe Vera products for my eczema ie aloe shampoos , aloe avocado soaps ,propolis cream and found these brilliant .

Then with covid decided to join the business and so started drinking the gels daily .
It is now nearly 2 years since I started the drinking gels and prob 4 with the shampoos ,etc and I have not had an eye infection (herpes)since .

It has taken me this time to write about it as with everything I like to see for myself 😂🙌 and need to be convinced .

With the gels there are 75 different nutrients and one in particular called acemanan .( an immunostimulant among other properties )which interests me . 🙌
