First trip of the year with my dad and sons topped off with a 10 lb brown!

In what might be our last trip of the year the other day, we made quick work on some big trout including a triple that turned into a quad before the last one came in. Then finished the day with an absolute slob.

We were part of a 5 boat outing today for local 63 iron workers. All 5 boats destroyed the lake trout. Other ports around the lake are wrapping up but Chicago is still going strong! We have an open spot tomorrow if you’re interested. Tomorrow is supposed to be another beautiful day.

Friday after work trip.

Saturdays crew braved some heavy rain and were rewarded with an awesome catch including 7 kings!
