Stop Rubbing Your Eyes—You Might Be Making Puffiness Worse

If your eyes feel puffy during allergy season, your first instinct might be to rub them… but this can actually increase inflammation and trap fluid right where you don’t want it.
Instead, try this gentle approach:
Using your ring finger, apply very light pressure at the inner corner of the eye…
then slowly guide outward…
down along the hairline…
and into the neck.
Think movement, not dragging 💜

This is just one small piece of what I teach in my Face Yoga sessions. There’s a much more supportive and effective way to encourage lymphatic flow and reduce puffiness.

A gentle tapping massage designed to:

💡 Pro tips for best results:
• Lengthen your neck + gently lift your chin
• Try it after a warm shower when everything is open
• Use soft, intentional tapping along the orbital bone

Traveling should feel refreshing… not leave you waking up with puffy eyes, congestion, or irritated skin.
Here’s a simple 5-minute hotel room reset I personally swear by:

If the room smells musty → run the A/C + hot water for a few minutes
