Rainy days and Monday’s… don’t let them get you down.

Today is our co-founders last day at Wesley United Methodist Church. The reception for JW and Bethany is at 10am. There are not enough words to express our appreciation for them.

I have cried a million tears already this morning, and know it will be one of the most difficult services of my life. JW has helped me, taught me, loved me, supported me, and been a wonderful friend and pastor. And well, there have been days that I told him he was ‘momming me.’ I know Mom would approve, as he’s not misguided me, but instead pushed me to truly grow as a person with so much belief in myself.

Please join us for their reception if you’re able. Don’t mind me ugly crying… it’s become a personal goal of his to see how quickly he can bring me to tears.

This Wesley tradition has a rich history of providing much needed fellowship and supplies for our community as well as providing necessary funds for our United Women in Faith, Jubilation Youth Choir, and Surge Youth Group.

Our Annual Rummage Sale is just around the corner and will once again be taking place at the Bloomington Interstate Center! We hope to see you there!

HUGE SELECTION - QUALITY ITEMS - GREAT DEALS

The 2026 Rummage Sale will feature at least 20 departments including Furniture, Treasures, Boutique, Clothing, Baby Items and more! All proceeds go to support Wesley youth mission trips and choir tours, and United Methodist Women’s missions and outreach.

No cost to get in.
When: Saturday, May 9th 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Note: Bags and Boxes sale will begin at 1:00pm! We will clear the building between 12:30-12:45pm in order to set up for the bag sale.
Donation drop off:
Monday May 4th, 12:00-9:00pm
Tuesday May 5th - Thursday May 7th, 9:00am-9:00pm

Items will NOT be accepted for donation on Friday May 9th

We CANNOT accept the following items for donation ...
Paint or chemicals
Mattresses
Cribs
Car seats
Large exercise equipment
Bike helmets
Textbooks
Anything with Freon (dehumidifiers, window air conditioners)
TVs (unless they are a flat screen)
Non-working electronics
