Self Care with Essential Oils

Geranium, chamomile, rose and lavender are all great oils for skin care! Mix essential oils with Epsom salts and petals to deliver a great facial steam.
2 tablespoons rose, lavender, calendula or chamomile petals.
One drop each lavender, geranium, and frankincense essential oils.
Dump contents into a bowl with hot water, grab a towel, cover your head, block out the horrors and breathe in relaxation and pore cleansing.
Emotional Reset for the 12th day of Christmas- go inward to project outward.
