Government officials reached out to Mary Kay, since we have a brand new $100M R&D Facility and Manufacturing Plant in good old Texas/USA, about producing Hand Sanitizers for the Frontline fighting the COVID19. We are DONATING it! It includes over 50 hospitals, more than 800 Patient Care Sites and 7,500 Active Physicians!! We are all in this together and so happy to be able to step up to help. All while still providing great products to our customers.

Do you ever wonder how Mary Kay determines what we, the sales force feel about its products, promotions, etc.? They ask! Yesterday I was part of the Preferred Customer Program aka "P*P" Focus Group. Not only did I along with other Sales Directors give our opinions on that program, we also provided feedback on product launches, the layout of the Look Book and how it's distributed, product sampling and more! Oh! We got gifts along with a fantastic lunch!!!!

Mary Kay Ash, the iconic founder of Mary Kay Cosmetics died on Thanksgiving Day, November 22, 2001 at the age of 83. Although I never met the lady, she is exemplified in many others who work this business.

After Mary Kay retired from work life, her idea was to write a book to assist women in their corporate careers. Then, this turned into a business plan to set up her own cosmetics firm, with an investment of $5,000 back in the year 1963.

In 2017, Mary Kay was the 6th largest direct selling company in the world with $3.250 billion sales.

Thanksgiving was her favorite holiday! 🦃🍁 May she never be forgotten but always remembered!!!
