Calling all Moms who want simple ways to make healthy eating a daily routine for their family .❣️

Here’s a quick meal when I need something on a busy

I usually use boiled potatoes that I’ve cooked on Sunday 😜. I added : chopped, red onions, pickles, avocados and any other veggie I have or want.

Seasoned with salt & pepper, and depending what you like , you can add Tuna, chicken , salmon or boiled eggs for protein .

Finish with a splash of Mayo ( avocado ❤️) or Greek yogurt+garlic and you got yourself a quick, tasty and nourishing meal !

This is on regular rotation on my Mompreneur lunch schedule .

Calling all my Mama’s friends who want to eat tasty, seasonal and on a budget !! 😜

Roasted acorns are my favourite for a side or to add into a salad ! Just seasoned with garlic powder , salt , pepper, turmeric and smoked paprika, add a dash of olive oil and roast till tender in the oven 😍

Did you know why walking is my non-negotiable in my wellness routine ?

Literally the first thing I do in the morning after dropping my kid to school !!

Because it can SAVE YOUR LIFE !!

If you are under 6️⃣0️⃣ years old, walking 8k to 10k steps per day cut the risk of dying early in half !!! 🤯🤯

If you are over 6️⃣0️⃣, walking 6k to 8k per day cuts risk of dying early in HALF !!

Soooo ! What are you waiting for ?? Get to stepping’ 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♂️
