What happened to you?

I was stretching..😒😌 I don’t recommend it! Lol J/k. PLEASE STRETCH PEOPLE!! just not like me!🤦🏾‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️

What I thought I did (and was told in the ER) was Sprain my ankle… HA it’s so much more worse that that!! 🤣

So, what really happened?

I ruptured my Plantar Fascia ( I tore the muscle/tendon right off the bone of heel of my foot) reads painful right?!? WELL IT IS!!! Lol

What is that on your leg?

Tis a boot! Arrrgh! (That’s my best pirate voice)🤣

Ouch! So how long you got in that boot?

Meh, 2 more weeks give or take a few..

Can you walk?

I’m on crutches.. The boot is so heavy that I need them to get back and forth to far places.. but at least I’m building upper body strength involuntarily. Lol

Dang. So when do you plan on being back to work?

WELL.. I’m back.. I’m some form. I THOUGHT i was back a few weeks ago and then God said “Ha! You thought you were getting better! Why you tell your people that?!? Just wait till you get that boot on!”

Long story short, I’m back but with VERY LIMITED booking! I’m only taking 2 lovely people a day!

Good morning! I just want to send a note from me to all my clients.. I just want to say THANK YOU! You all truly understand how badly I want to be there for you and get back in the groove of things but because of my injury it’s hard..

To my client that saw me hobble in and break down because I didn’t want to cancel to my clients that want to find other therapists. I thank you for sticking with me so long! I appreciate you for sticking with me through this very hard time for me.

I’m definitely a workaholic! Lol And sometimes we are forced to sit down.

I’m currently taking it day by day with appointments. I am up and moving folks! Just slower! Took my kiddos to their first day of school with the hubby (not driving yet) and was out all day.. Yep I know my limitations lol

I’ll be contacting everyone individually to set up the missed appointments. FYI: I’ll only be doing about 2-3 appointments a day. I’ll be separating them from morning appointments and afternoon appointments. My night folks I will contact you directly as well. Again, thank you, thank you, thank you!
