Eggless Chocolate cake
Base Ingredients:
Oil - 1/3 cup
Yogurt - 1/3 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Maida - 1 cup
Cocoa Powder - 1/4 cup
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
Salt - pinch
Milk - 1/2 cup
Chocolate Ganache Ingredients:
Cocoa Powder - 1/2 cup
Corn flour - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Milk - 1/2 cup
Instructions:
1. Mix sugar, yogurt, and oil. Whisk well until smooth.
2. Add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Whisk again.
3. Add milk and whisk until you get a smooth batter (no arm workout required 💪😉).
4. Pour the batter into a well-greased baking pan.
5. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 25- 30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
While the cake bakes:
6. Mix all the ingredients for the chocolate ganache. (Try not to eat it straight from the bowl 😄)
After baking:
7. Once the cake has cooled slightly, spread the ganache on top.
8. Sprinkle chopped chocolate chunks on top because more chocolate is always the answer 🍫
9. Refrigerate for a couple of hours, slice, and enjoy every bite!

Recipe for mini chocolate chip muffins
✨Ingredients:
1 and 3/4 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup milk
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup yogurt
Add chocolate chips as much as your heart desires ❤️
Steps:
- Add all the dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another bowl
- Mix all ingredients together. Oil spray the muffin tray and add muffin liner
- Add one spoon batter and top it off with more chocolate chips
- Bake at 350 for 12-14 minutes. This is optional but I broil for - 2 mins for brown color

🧁Holidays Special - Eggless Almond Butter Muffins 🧁
Ingredients:
• 1½ cups (180 g) all-purpose flour (maida)
• ¾ cup (150 g) sugar (white or brown)
• 1½ tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp baking soda
• ¼ tsp salt
• ¼ cup (60 g) butter, softened (room temperature)
• ⅓ cup (80 g) almond butter (smooth works best)
• ¾ cup (180 ml) milk (room temperature; dairy or plant milk)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional Toppings (choose any)
• ¼ cup chopped almonds or walnuts
• ¼ cup chocolate chips
• 1–2 tbsp sliced almonds for topping
Steps:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit. Line muffin tray with paper liners and oil spray lightly.
2. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt in a bowl.
3. In a separate bowl, add butter, almond butter, and sugar whisk it. Add milk, vanilla extract, and stir again.
4. Combine the mixed wet ingredients in dry ingredients bowl. Add toppings of your choice. Mix the ingredients. (Tip: Don’t over mix it, the muffins will be dense instead of airy).
5. Add toppings of your choice on top and bake 20-25 minutes and enjoy!
