This is a follow-up to a previous shoplifting incident at Cleo’s Salon Products & Services in Chico, CA.
The older woman who appeared with a young blonde in a prior theft returned — this time alone — and went straight to the Redken section. She was recognized by the owner and caught stuffing products into her “Five Below” bag in the same area she tried to hide before.
She was caught red-handed.

How does this Moroccanoil disappear after it’s moved from its location?
This blonde was cautious and clearly familiar with her tricks. But products don’t magically disappear — do they?
She carefully scanned the store and cameras before making her move on small travel-size hair products. Watch the awkward moments closely.
After she left, an empty slot remained where the Moroccanoil was — and two travel-size Redken products were also gone.
