Let’s get into MY personal transformation! This was after I had my youngest and I started binge eating while breastfeeding along with battling depression. One day I just decided I was tired of having so much weight on me and well you can see how MY progress is going. Working out, Eating better and sculpting has helped me get closer than I ever imagined to my dream body!

Second session from last night my client received a 3 minute manual massage to warm the skin and fat cells underneath, after that we went in with the Radio Frequency (RF) body treatment to tighten and tone the skin to help with any looseness or jiggle.
