🌙✨ Create your own dreamy pillow spray with this simple recipe!

Ingredients:
💤 1-ounce glass spray bottle
💤 ½ teaspoon isopropyl alcohol or witch hazel
💤 10 drops Lavender
💤 5 drops Cedarwood
💤 3 drops Roman Chamomile
💤 Distilled water

Instructions:
1. Pour the alcohol or witch hazel into the spray bottle.
2. Add the essential oils.
3. Fill the bottle with distilled water, then shake well.
4. Use a few spritzes on your pillow as you get ready for bed.
