Quick cold-season refresher: how to wash your hands, CDC style.

Wet with clean running water (warm or cold is fine). Lather the backs of your hands, between your fingers, and under your nails. Scrub for at least 20 seconds, about two rounds of “Happy Birthday.” Rinse well, then dry with a clean towel.

Quick label lesson for your Sunday: "unscented" and "fragrance-free" aren't the same. A product labeled unscented can still contain a little fragrance, added to cover the smell of other ingredients.

When we say fragrance-free, we mean no added fragrance, essential oils, or flavor. You might notice a faint honey or beeswax scent, and that's just the ingredients themselves.
