This past weekend, AVOC partnered with Eta Phi Beta Sorority, North Coast Nurses Coalition, National Council of Negro Women, St. Peters AME Zion, and Helping Hands Community Meals to host a Community Health and Wellness Fair. We held sessions about chair yoga, medication literacy, stress exercises, and more.
