I have been helping lots of widows and officers lately and I am so grateful if yall know of resources for first responders, widows and mental health always feel free to share them I like to have lots of options for people 💞

You never move on after loss — you move forward.

You live, you love, and you make memories for the one you lost… because that’s what they would want.
You fight the battles they no longer can here on earth.
You carry their name, their lessons, their love — and you keep their memory alive every single day.

And hear this: you are allowed to love again.
It’s a different kind of love.
It can’t be compared, and it doesn’t replace anything.

And don’t worry about what anyone else thinks —
they’re not in your shoes. 🤍
