Collected a wee half pocket of huckleberries while out with the Hikerbabes this morning! The gems were found at 4 miles in after gaining 1,491 ft in elevation and had clearly been picked recently.
So grateful for this group of women I get to journey through the woods with.

Floor bow off the floor! Throwback to Hatha Yoga teacher training. This is one of my favorite photo memories because it’s just absolute fun. From my friend Aubrey’s expression to the grin on our master teacher Carlo’s face to my impressive grip on my feet 🤣🤣🤣I’ve been through 3 teacher trainings and my first was my absolute favorite as it holds a life-changing place in my heart.
