where I deepened my understanding of yoga and its healing powers. I delved further into the yoga realm, receiving certifications in trauma-sensitive yoga, Buti yoga, prenatal and postpartum yoga, and the ancient sister science; Ayurveda. Growing up as an Olympic-level athlete, I learned early on the profound impact of massage and body awareness on overall well-being. I attended Denver Integrative Massage School, where I honed my skills in a variety of modalities, including Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, prenatal, Thai yoga massage, sports massage, and cupping. Diversifying my massage offerings, I receiving my Manual Lymphatic Massage Therapy certificate and also ventured into Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage Therapy; allowing me to provide uniquely tailored and specialized treatments based on each client’s goals. My educational pursuits are very diverse, yet each skill compliments and weave together perfectly. Accompanying my bodywork skills; I hold a certificate in culinary and pastry arts from Escoffier, completed Birth and Postpartum Doula training with Mama Glow, and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from UWEC. My mission is to help my clients achieve balance and tranquility with every session. By embodying a holistic lifestyle, I connect intuitively with those I work with, weaving together massage, breath work, and yoga principles to support their healing journeys. I am dedicated to empowering my clients, fostering their confidence in self-healing through personalized techniques and treatment plans that nurture the mind-body connection.
