For 14 years, I cared for people through dentistry. Helping them feel confident, healthy, and cared for. While I loved serving others in that role, I always felt drawn to a slower, more natural approach to wellness.

What started as making simple herbal remedies for my own family grew into something much bigger. Countless hours of research, learning, infusing herbs, formulating products, and serving my community led to the creation of Elder & Oak.

Today, I still care for people, just in a different way.

Every elderberry syrup, herbal tea, glycerite, magnesium spray, infused oil, and botanical creation is handcrafted with intention, using ingredients thoughtfully selected to support wellness and everyday life.

The path from dentistry to herbalism wasn’t one I planned, but it has been one of the most rewarding journeys of my life. I’m grateful for every customer who has trusted Elder & Oak and allowed me to continue doing what I love most: caring for others.
