says, “All jokes aside, your gel polish isn’t “dry” until the top coat has finished curing in the gel lamp. Pretty much every layer of gel that is applied (base and color) prior to the top coat will still feel sticky or tacky even after fully curing (aka drying) in the lamp. This sticky quality helps all the gel layers stick well to each other but it also can be a magnet for dust, lint, and other “fuzzies”. So please, leave your hands at ease during the entire service so that your finished manicure is as flawless as can be!” 🙃
