Six years ago I started with a vision and a treatment room.

Six years ago I said yes to something that felt bigger than my fears.

Six years ago I stepped out on faith, not knowing exactly how it would unfold — only knowing I couldn’t ignore the calling.

Six years ago Complexions Skincare & Beauty Bar was born.

Allow me to testify.

There were long days, slow seasons, moments of doubt, and quiet prayers whispered between clients. There were times I questioned if I was ready, if I was capable, if I could sustain what I was building.

But I kept going.

This business has stretched me, refined me, strengthened me — and in many ways, healed me. It taught me resilience. It taught me discipline. It taught me that perseverance will carry you when motivation fades.

By God’s grace, Complexions has grown into more than a skincare studio. It has become a safe space. A confidence-building space. A community rooted in trust, transformation, and genuine care.

To every single client who has supported, referred, rebooked, encouraged, prayed for, and poured love into this business — thank you. Your loyalty and patronage are the foundation of these six years. You are not just clients. You are family to this brand.

Six years later, I’m still learning. Still evolving. Still committed to excellence. And I know with certainty — we’re just getting started.

As I reflect on these incredible years, I am overwhelmed & filled with immense gratitude for the journey we’ve shared. What started as a dream has blossomed into something truly special, all because of your loyalty. YOU have been the foundation & cornerstone of Complexions, & I cannot thank you enough for allowing me the privilege of caring for your skin’s needs & sharing your self-care journeys. From the very first appointment to the countless conversations, transformations, therapy sessions & moments of connection, every step of this journey has been a blessing. Your support has not only allowed me to grow as an esthetician but also thrive as a business owner—& for that, I am forever grateful. Each appointment, kind word, & referral has meant the world & allowed me to reach peaks in entrepreneurship that I believed to be unattainable. Shout out to you all for believing in my passion, devotion, knowledge & most of all, believing in ME. With growth - however, comes the need to pause & reflect. Taking a step back momentarily to prepare for exciting new opportunities ahead & continued elevation. That being said, Complexions Skincare & Beauty Bar will be temporarily closed as I take this time to recharge, rebrand & make exciting plans for the future. This decision was not made lightly, but it’s a necessary step to ensure I can come back renewed to continue providing the best care for you all. This pause is a step toward even greater things for the business, & I can’t wait to share what’s next with you. Looking forward to returning with renewed energy, spaces & even more to offer!
This is not goodbye—just a brief intermission. I’m deeply grateful for your understanding & patience during this time.
