👰‍♀️✨For most brides, the trial is the very first time we meet in person. I am looking at your skin canvas, studying your unique face structure, and listening to your vision. It is my job to translate your dream look onto your face, even if you do not know the technical makeup terms to describe it.
Here is the honest truth: beauty is a process, and we must humble ourselves during it. If that first trial does not feel completely cohesive or right, there is absolutely nothing wrong with asking questions, requesting a redo, or booking a second trial. It is all about communication and ensuring we are the perfect fit for your big day. 🤍

Here are 10 fun facts to help you learn a little more about me ✨

1. I’m the oldest of three girls.

2. I’ve been getting paid to do beauty services since I was 12 — it all began with me being the family “kitchen beautician.”

3. My very first job was as an assistant at a beauty salon in Columbus, Ohio, Styles by Requel. Requel King was both my hairstylist and mentor, and shadowing her for a summer was unforgettable.

4. I met my husband in cosmetology school! (And no… he definitely doesn’t do hair anymore 😂).

5. I fell in love with makeup after struggling with low self-esteem from acne scars. What started as a confidence boost turned into a passion I cherish every day.

6. My favorite color is green but not just any green. Deep, forest, smoky, earthy green. I’m obsessed. And speaking of green, my favorite nail polish for the longest time was OPI’s “Uh-Oh Roll Down the Window,” this ridiculous muddy-green shade I adored.

7. I’ve had almost every hair color imaginable: platinum blonde, pastel pink, cobalt blue, and even full rainbow. And yes, I still think about going back to the fun colors sometimes.

8. I absolutely love my hair short. Both of my grandmothers rocked super short tapered cuts with big hoop earrings and they were the definition of femininity and divine feminine energy to me. I love that look to this day, but I’m challenging myself to grow my hair out for my kids… so here we are.

9. I love to cook. Yes, it sounds cliché, but I’m one of those people who can taste a dish and instantly figure out the ingredients. I recreate my favorite restaurant meals all the time you name it, I’ll cook it.

10. I can’t imagine doing anything else in this lifetime. I genuinely feel like I was born to be a makeup and hair artist. It’s the only thing that has kept my attention consistently for 20+ years. I’ve struggled with focus in so many other areas, but never with this. When you love something, your mind clings to it and mine always has.
