A little history of Sam:
Many of you know my father is retired military. What most of you don't know is our first PCS was to Fort Shafter, HI. I spent an incredible 3 years soaking in culture, language, community, religion and music. I could speak proficient Hawaiían, I learned to hula. I use a Ikaika warrior helmet for protection in my car.
Hawaíí has always held such a special place in my soul, so when I discovered Lomi Lomi in school I knew I had to learn it at some point. This weekend I get to do that. It is not the 30 day intensive that I will take one day, but I am so excited to start this journey.
