1️⃣ The Levitical priesthood had a problem…
It was temporary ⏳
Tied to genealogy 🧬
Limited by death 💀
…and powerless to make us perfect.
The priests DIED. Their sacrifices EXPIRED. The law REVEALED sin but couldn’t REMOVE it. (Romans 8:3)
2️⃣ But then came a shift… 🔁
📜 Hebrews 7:12 —
“For when the priesthood is changed, the law must change as well.”
👀 Whew.
This was NOT about canceling the law, but upgrading the system to match a new High Priest who would never die again. 🙌🏽
3️⃣ 🧬 Yeshua came from JUDAH—not Levi.
💥 That means His priesthood couldn’t be based on bloodline.
It had to be based on…

He IS it.
