Happy Chinese New Year Wishes: Beginning with the first new moon of the Lunar calendar and ending 15 days later on the first full moon. This year we celebrate the Wood Dragon and we’re in for something rare and special as the Year of the Wood Dragon only happens once every sixty years in the Chinese zodiac. The Dragon is associated with incredible strength, positive transformation, and challenges. While the element Wood, symbolises creativity and adaptability. The Wood Dragon year, 2024 brings evolution, improvement, and abundance. Wishing you a prosperous Dragon Year 2024 !

I can’t say how much it means to me every time my clients text me about how they are doing after acupuncture and massage therapy! Improved health (mental, emotional, physical) and mobility (joints, muscles, Qi, are the goal at every appointment!

What is it about the energy of a “New Year” that makes us want to start over, get rid of it, try again, purge, ect…? It is another day, like any other we could choose to do these things, yet it seems to hold more attraction than an average day in say, June. But remember, you can begin again in every moment with every breath. With every inhale and exhale that moment is never repeated quite the same again on the grandest to the smallest cellular level- life is different. You can choose a different way at any time you wish.
