Hello Altadena Family and Friends, I was volunteering at the Pasadena Kaiser.. 263 Los Robles Ave and Walnut today and I wanted give you a heads up on the resources that are available for you and everyone affected by the fires.
Please try to go early! The hours are from 10 to 7… some of the vendors ran out of Cash Gift Cards by about 5 O’clock today so I would advise for everyone to keep that in mind.
Your need will be based on a colored Band system
Green Band - is the lowest priority which means you were affected by being evacuation
Blue Band - means you have smoke damage - if you tell them that part of your home was burned you will get a yellow band-
Yellow Band means you get a higher priority because you have some actual burn damage
White -means that you had a second property that you were not living in, were renting out or was vacant but destroyed - less priority for all services
Red - If your property was severely burner or destroyed you have the highest priority and you are entitled to the highest level of consideration

GEM - $250 Gift Card - everyone with a qualifying burn area address qualifies
Islamic - $150 ApplePay Card -everyone with a qualifying burn area address qualifies
Samaritin - sifting services, they will come to your property and help you sift through it to jewelry and items that survived the fire, there are two agencies there offer this service.
