The days I do book I try to accommodate your schedule and mine so we can book have the time to get pampered as well as I can provide the service .
Your appointments are important to me as I always look forward to meeting you and working on the service you chose . I love what I do .
I understand things happen but canceling and rebooking and cancelling again numerous times I will no longer tolerate .
