OUR STRENGTH COMES FROM THE LORD!

We kicked off our Saturday morning in prayer, the Word, a hyrox workout, worship & fellowship!!!

thank you Body of Christ - Faith & Fitness for pushing us through today’s workout! you all are AMAZING!

from the humidity, heat, and the rain, we got it done and the Lord was with us every step of the way.

Thank you Bodied By Flavor for coming out and providing breakfast and treats for us!
