🫶🏼 unlearning the pattern through routines, systems, and grace
👇 free audit + scripts, comment HANDOFF
Glow & Order Life shares simple routines for busy moms focused on beauty, wellness, and everyday organization. The goal is to make life feel calmer, more manageable, and confidence-boosting without complicated systems.
I have been a systems and routines girlie since I knew they existed. but the mental load systems…they just weren’t it.
so I started to peel back the layers to figure out how I was getting in my own way. and I’m sharing everything I know with you.
drop a comment below if you’ve tried all the things and somehow it all ends up back on your plate. 👇🏼

can’t believe it’s been 6 months since I took a chance on myself. terrified nobody would care.
turns out somebody did.
the good, the bad, the ugly, the shocking, i’ve had all of it in this stretch. some of it i’ve posted about, most of it i haven’t.
still don’t have this figured out. still don’t know how to make something go viral on purpose. still get comments from people who know nothing about me telling me i’m the problem.
but also: strangers telling me i’m not the only one. other creators rooting for me instead of competing.
what surprised you the most? tell me below, i actually read every single one. 🫶🏼
building community online, six months of posting, content creator life, small creator growth, showing up online, creator behind the scenes, millennial mom, mom of three
i didn’t wake up one day just not wanting to be touched. it was a slow shift that happened as being a default parent became a non-stop onslaught of little hands and little needs all day.
and i used to get so frustrated that my partner didn’t SEE that i need love to be productivity based. turns out if i want acts of service back, i have to actually give whatever love language the other person needs too. makes sense now...seemed ridiculous then.
nobody really talks about this part. it’s not just doing everything, it’s the gap between doing the tasks and actually showing up for someone so they’ll show up for you.
what’s your love language? i’ve got a theory that default parents skew acts of service, tell me i’m wrong in the comments.
love language shift, marriage and motherhood, default parent guilt, invisible labor, millennial mom, mom of three, overstimulated mom
this trend but the currency is me.
i have to work on all 5 every day, but the time is with the splurge. nobody handed me a roadmap, I had to make one up.
follow for the default parent stuff nobody’s filming. the guilt, the load, the messy middle of it.
comment HANDOFF and i’ll send you the 3 prompts that started mine.
breaking generational patterns, boundaries without guilt, healing from mom guilt, choosing yourself, invisible labor, millennial mom, mom of three, unlearning overfunctioning
