Our mission is to empower minority young women to develop essential life skills through career, character and confidence building workshops and events.
Today we only need $170 to fulfill the career bag needs 🙌🏾😩 & 43 teens have signed up surpassing our 40 goal. Look at God!!!
I’m taking a deep breath and declaring again that EVERYTHING we need WILL be covered!

Beauty Building Workshop 3.0 for TEENS is coming together beautifully. With 25 days left we have 32 teens registered for this amazing experience 🥳
But we need a little more help.
We want to incorporate career bags that include tools and info based on their career interests.

Do you know a teenage boy or girl that’s an aspiring barber, hairstylist, nail tech or esthetician?
This year we’re bringing out the boys! Male stylist, Male barbers & Male speakers will be present. The cosmetology industry is incredibly diverse and this year I wanted to show that by leaving no one out.
So if you know anyone age 10-18 showing particular interest in this field or may not be sure what they like to do at all, this is a great start for positive exposure. Join us June 25th | 1-4pm📍Duncanville Tx …. ITS FREE ‼️

Today was absolutely AMAZING!!!!! With the help of our supporters, volunteers, donations, and our vendors we were able to give away 60+ backpacks and bundles of school supplies!!!!! We cannot say thank you enough for your continued support!!! We are overwhelmed by God's forever flowing blessings and favor right now!!!!
To all of the kiddos that made it out today amd those that we didn't get a chance to see, we pray that each of you have a safe, successful, and fun-filled 2019-2020 school year!!!!! Everyone here at Girl Power Platform is praying and rooting for YOU!!! 💞📚 ✏🎒📝
