Seeking a full-time/part-time caretaker/personal assistant in Plano,TX. The individual hired will be assisting with daily living activities for someone who has a form of Muscular Dystrophy and uses a power wheelchair. The employer has been a sales director for a global cosmetic firm for the past 21 years and counting, and in addition to the personal care assistance, will require administrative duties involving her business. Personal caretaking duties are an essential function of the job, but tasks are simple and require no previous experience. Seeking someone in the Plano, Allen, Richardson, McKinney, and Frisco area.

Requirements:
-Have your own transportation
-Non-smoker
-Professional, punctual, excellent communication
-Computer literate
-Must take COVID precautions seriously
-Be able to lift 70 lbs unassisted

I am recruiting for a caretaker/ personal assistant. The assistants I have had helping me temporarily are leaving within 2 weeks and I must fill their spots. I am looking for individuals who have been or are currently; babysitters, students in college, single individuals needing a little extra income, parents wanting to work while their kids are at school, etc. This is not a nursing or a nursing home culture you will be working in! So please read the details below! I want to do phone interviews between Sunday and Wednesday, March 7th through the 10th, with in-person interviews Thursday-Sunday, March 11th through the 14th, and then training the next week. The following paragraphs are the job requirements and description. 👇

The individual is living in the Plano area, is looking for an assistant to help with personal caretaking needs due to her physical limitations caused by a form of Muscular Dystrophy. She uses a power wheelchair and requires assistance with bathing, toileting, eating, dressing, hair, and makeup. Applicants must be able to lift 70lbs unassisted.

The ideal candidate for this job is kind, enjoys caring for others, is punctual and consistent, is able to follow directions and learn through repetition and kind verbal guidance. Approximately 40% of the position will be personal care. The remaining 60% of your position will be doing business-oriented tasks on the computer. Social media experience is a plus.

Having a clean driving record and a clean background check is required, as well as being pet-friendly, a non-smoker, and maintaining a clean vocabulary. Multiple shifts are available during the weekdays, evenings, and weekends. No Caretaking experience needed!
