This hearty quick-ferment sourdough is made with organic fresh milled buckwheat, millet, and arrowroot powder, then packed with organic sunflower kernels, gluten-free whole oats, golden flax, flax seeds, and whole millet.

The result? A wholesome loaf with incredible texture, a subtle nutty flavor, and ingredients you can feel good about sharing around your table.

Current project update from the ASK kitchen 🤍

Definitely still a work in progress, but I’m celebrating the little wins tonight! These chocolate molds came out with no air bubbles and didn’t break coming out of the mold 🙌🏻 That alone feels like success!

I’ve been practicing chocolate piping and learning the art of chocolate molds. My little hearts turned out perfectly, but I’m still chasing that deep cardinal red color. Looks like I’ll be ordering more oil-based colors soon 😂

Until then, I’ll keep practicing, learning, and improving. Sometimes the sweetest things take a little time, patience, and a whole lot of practice.
