What does healthy, authentic, mindful communication look like to you? Do you flow when you speak? Is it from your heart? Is there intention behind it? When communicating, how much do you observe to respond vs. react? I invite you to sit with some of these questions. Especially if you are uncertain in your answer. How you communicate is a direct reflection of your INternal communication.

I 👁 if someone is genuine or restricted, and I am continuously a witness to restriction. Which is why I am here. Right now is a very crucial time to acknowledge how you speak. Not just to others, but to yourself! Do you give yourself grace, or do you push through and self project your internal anger? When these dense energies rise, it is an internal need not being met. Can you stop yourself mid density to acknowledge what's happening? Are you vulnerable enough to ask for a safe space? Are you considerate enough to be accountable in your part where you play in your own suffering? Can you be 100% authentic? Decorum, y'all. Get some!
