Creating sacred space doesn't need to be complicated or take up much room! It can be as small as a corner of the window sill, a candle and crystal. Make room for finding center and grounding into self. Always worth it.
Blessed to be able to give 2 massages this week and even receive one from bae! Touch is such an important aspect to wellness. As humans, we NEED it. For so many reasons!
