It's a hot one here in Iowa today! We're staying cool in the house working on stocking up on inventory that does NOT involve anything to do with heat. What's the weather like where you're at today?

Sunday you'll find me closer to home at Midwest Yoga Fest 9am-12pm at The Monroe in West Des Moines! Join us for coffee, yoga and a little wellness shopping adventure! 💜🧘‍♀️

Super excited to be back "home" at Madison County Farmers Market tomorrow after being away for a couple weeks, AND with several new products, new cover-ups and a slightly updated set up! Annnnnd I'm almost out of local honey, so what perfect timing! 💜🌿

Chicory. Often seen in ditches along the roadside, offering beautiful pops of color. Such a pretty little "w**d" spotted along the trail today. 💜🌿
